Our client is a multinational market leader in innovative packaging solutions. 21600 colleagues over 178 production facilities in 45 countries. Your role will take ownership of plant infrastructure and changes for JHB plant. Making sure infrastructure / plant services is operating at optimal level. Ensure that all Plant Drawings and Plant data for different plants in the region are up to date. Designing and implementation of engineering / infrastructure projects for all SSA region, in implementation / improvement of proper equipment and maintenance. Requirements: Min. qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (degree in electrical/mechanical engineering is advantageous) Min 8 years experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. FMCG, packaging advantageous Must have handled projects from start to finish. Must have been part of the design and installation of infrastructure equipment (Compressors/Chillers/Boilers/production machines etc.) AutoCAD 2D layout skills High level of energy (Must be able to work weekends and overtime, if required). Must have a valid passport and able to travel to different plants in Sub Saharan Africa when required for projects.
