Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional consulting services to their clients across the Engineering industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies and best practices Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement objectives are aligned with business goals Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in procurement software and tools Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
