You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001), improving the Quality Assurance system, and overseeing APQP activities. Managing PPAP preparation, conducting internal audits, and leading cross-functional teams in new product development. Additionally, coordinating customer and supplier PPM, resolving problems through root cause analysis, producing reports, and delivering presentations. Providing guidance, training, and continuous development for team members ensures effective quality management across the organization.

Job experience and Skills Required:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Quality
- Minimum 5 years Automotive Industry management (1st Tier)
- Project management experience in Quality
- Trained Auditor: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3:2016 (advantageous)
- Extensive experience in APQP, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA
