Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cape Town City Centre
Minimum Requirements:
- BTech in Quantity Surveying (At least NQF Level 7 or higher) or equivalent.
- Prior JBCC / NEC4 contract experience.
- At least 7+ years relevant experience in a similar Built environment.
- Must be well equipped to work with various Candy (CCS) functions.
- Prepared to travel to project locations.
- Valid Drivers License and own transport.
Preferred Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.
- Excellent planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on deliverables.
- A motivated self-starter who takes a proactive and solution driven approach.
- Evidence of achieving deadlines in a demanding environment.
