Experience required in generalized recruiting and strong IT. Experience interviewing candidates. Understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices. Familiarity with the tools and technologies used in recruiting. Assessing an applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions. Completing paperwork for new hires. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
