As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates for positions. Your ability to understand our clients' business objectives and technical requirements will be essential in effectively matching candidates to their specific needs. By utilizing various sourcing strategies, you will identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates, building a strong network of top talent. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit with client requirements Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract and engage with potential candidates Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process Coordinate and conduct interviews, utilizing behavioral and technical interviewing techniques Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, Proven track record in sourcing and attracting passive candidates Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Sales Driven Benefits Work from home Basic plus commission No desk cost Full-Time Permanent Role Young, Energetic, and Dynamic Team
