We are in search of a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant who is target driven, innovative, dynamic and energetic to join our little team. The ideal candidate will be a fundamental pillar in terms of recruitment within a specific vertical and expected to run the full 360 degrees of recruitment. Create a new vertical by cold calling and obtaining new clients in a specific industry Manage full cycle recruitment from requisition of new business through to on-boarding of candidates Actively source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality candidates Develop a pipeline of industry specific candidates through direct sourcing, social media and passive candidate relationship building efforts Screening & interviewing candidates Setting up interviews, communicate with line management and/or the interview panel and applicants, prepare interview guides, evaluate applicants and recording interview outcomes Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process, effectively communicating with both the candidate and clients Manage candidate expectations with regards to pay, benefits, culture & career growth Develop a strong understanding of the business and roles within the relevant vertical Build networks to identify qualified passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline database Meeting individual KPI's and targets Contact placed candidates and prepare onboarding sessions Maintain a record of placed candidates Brand awareness & key account management Bachelors Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology 4 years in recruitment specialising in a specific industry 2 years working in an agency environment Proven track record of meeting targets and KPI's Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a given timeframe Hands on experience with various selection processes of candidates Sales/Customer service skills High level of computer literacy Excellent verbal and communication skills Proficiency in MS office, Google Workspace, Canva Familiar with recruitment sourcing tools Related Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Excellent understanding of recruitment processes Expert in a specific field/vertical Good knowledge of candidate's selection methods Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to make reasonable decisions Team player Excellent oral communication and presentation skills Excellent written communication and report-writing skills Excellent planning, organizing, time management and attention to detail Deadline driven Integrity and honesty Possess a high level of ethics and confidentiality Produce work of a high quality Creative and innovative Ability to work under pressure Apply Now
