Senior Regulatory Officer - Cape Town City Centre
Functions:
Requirements:
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Will be responsible for reporting to and advising the executives on regulatory procedures, processes and changes
- Develop a compliance risk matrix across regulated companies and identify core risk areas requiring compliance and internal audit intervention
- Apply compliance process across multiple jurisdictions, showing an understanding of different compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation /H. Diploma in Tax
- Admitted attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa
- 5-10 years post articles experience specializing in Financial Services law
- Must have sound knowledge of international law.
