Prepare detailed systems requirements specifications Facilitate joint application design sessions Prepare systems design prototypes where necessary Perform extensive functional systems tests Develop and keep up-to-date system Co-ordinate and Project Manage system(s) upgrades, maintenance and enhancements Interact with the relevant technical departments within I.T Understand System Analysis Perform on-call duty as and when required Participate in various systems capacity review and assessment sessions Participate in systems functionality walk-throughs to ensure ease-of-use, quality, functional relevance and opportunities for improvement Providing support through the final hand-over and sign-off process Involvement during the entire project cycle through analysis, design, development, configuration, testing and implementation phases. Building and maintaining a strong and trusting relationship with the client. Systems Development diploma or a BSc / B-Com degree in information systems. Experience: At least 7 years' experience in the business and systems analysis field. Preferably 5 Years' Experience in Group Insurance Products. N/A
