Sales and customer service orientated. A track record of success in the sales environment (10 years min) Excellent sales skills Excellent closing skills Generate solutions for customers Proven sales discipline practices Presentation skills are a must Public speaking is a must Ability to engage with all levels from shop floor to business owners Responsible and Accountable, forward-thinking/innovative problem solver Administration skills and attention to detail Key Results Areas Ability to grow existing client base and identify potential customers Implement sales strategies and tactics Ensure orders are processed promptly Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage face-to-face with clients Motivated by continuous learning and development Compile required reporting for management every week Closed deals on developments Cold calling Engage with developers and architects to close the loop between the Organisation and the Merchant Gain Specification - Introduce the Organisation's products, influence products, and influence the product being specified in projects Build and maintain relationships with indirect customers Advise on the right product for the application Job Benefits Incentive scheme participation Company vehicle, and cellphone
