ITS Solar & Heat Pumps is a leading renewable water heating and heat pump supplier, with a branch in Strand, Western Cape and Centurion, Gauteng. We are looking for a smart, experienced, motivated individual that will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Role Description This is a full-time Senior Sales position at ITS Solar & Heat Pumps. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, such as prospecting and networking, to generate leads and close deals. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets and quoting clients. Requirements Fluent in Afrikaans & English Sales and Business Development skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Negotiation and contract management skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of solar and heat pump systems is a plus, but not essential Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role with contactable references Very competitive basic salary on offer with a commission structure, negotiable for the right candidate.
