Reference: NCM001515-KMa-1A reputable tech house has a vacancy of a Senior Salesforce Developer for a 6 months contract. The Senior Salesforce Developer, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and architect scalable solutions. Additionally, they will lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices and coding standards.Lead development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.Perform code reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of developed solutions.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing Salesforce implementations.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder.Minimum of X years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose innovative solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience leading development teams and providing technical leadership.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
