Komatsu has an opportunity for a Senior SAP Specialist: Finance to join the Finance Department.The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 6 years work experience with a focus on business systems analysis and project management and a Degree/Diploma in (Business/Business Analysis/Systems/Supply Chain & logistics). SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Aligns business processes with business strategic drivers and objectives. Interpreting the business and/or information strategy and deriving business requirements for systems and information from these. Requests changes to business processes & reporting. Maintains SAP system integrity. Performs liaison with users, business process owners, end–users in Komatsu, systems consultants & internal audit. Conducts change management (people), Analyses & Reports on Financial data. Responsible for the review and resolution of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned process. Continuously monitor opportunities for improvement, i.e. where SAP / other existing systems can be utilised or improved to continuously achieve business process improvement. Unlocking value from SAP - continuous exploration of opportunities where SAP can be utilized to enhance the cost- efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in KSA. Monitors system changes for issues. Proposes corrective action. Reports complex issues and queries. Gains approvals for plans, changes and initiatives. QUALIFICATION: Matric. Degree/Diploma in Business / Business Analysis / Systems / Supply Chain & logistics. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: MS Excel - Advanced MS Excel for Apps - Intermediate MS Word - Intermediate JSOX - Advanced SAP Certification SAP (CS, CRM, MM, WM, SD, FI, CO, BI) Grade: Salaried - D1
