Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: - National Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Project Management / Cost & Management Accounting
- 2-3 years related work experience and must be computer literate
- Good communication skills and numerical skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:- Payment certificates / invoicing and ensuring payments are approved
- Contracts management Log all appointments, order spares, monthly reports
- Budgets cashflows for contracts, budgets / targets & target vs actual
- Sub-contractors tracking spreadsheets, correspondence, quoting & invoicing
- Tenders tender notifications, accurate completion, ensure documents valid, source pricing, scan documents
- Keep CSD updated
- Management of database / registrations / memberships
