Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar environment working as a Software Engineer.

Requirements:

Familiar with Blazor, JavaScript, and Flutter.
Skilled in code review processes and quality assurance practices for maintainable code.
Knowledgeable in Agile or Scrum methodologies; experienced with project management tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is advantageous.
Previous leadership/team management experience, adept at motivating teams for project success.

Key Performance Indicators:

Regular performance management dialogues conducted monthly, utilizing MSCs aligned with job profiles and departmental strategic objectives.
Annual performance development assessments are conducted according to a particular competencies framework.
