Senior Software Engineer - Pretoria
Job Description:
Apply your advanced skills in MATLAB/Simulink software development to pioneer cutting-edge controllers and systems
Take charge of developing, documenting, and testing control software and innovative tools
Perform rigorous module-level testing and validation to guarantee peak performance
Innovate software development processes to continuously improve engineering outcomes
Assume a critical role in designing system architecture, seamlessly integrating advanced technologies
Develop and optimize system plant models and simulations to enhance performance and efficiency
Design indispensable software tools essential for both production and field operations

Skills & Experience:
Must have over 7 years of professional experience
Show strong expertise in ISO 26262 functional safety design
Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink
Familiar with Polarion ALM tools
Utilize knowledge of J1939 CAN communication and related test tools/equipment
Qualification:
BEng or MEng. Degree in Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
