ENVIRONMENT: Our client is a well-established online development company serving a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients. They are currently seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Software Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in IT project management. The role requires the project manager to oversee the entire life cycle of software and web projects, from initial planning and scheduling through to budgeting, execution, and ongoing maintenance and support. This role is ideal for a project manager with agency or service provider experience who thrives on managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, collaborating with various internal resources. The right candidate will be a proactive multitasker who enjoys the dynamic nature of their workday, embraces continuous learning, and is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to their clients. DUTIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resources. Create and deliver accurate and engaging presentations to clients. Work closely with resources to ensure that client's expectations are met, and projects are delivered timeously. Identify and communicate project risks throughout project lifecycles. Create and maintain project documentation. Liaise with testers and developers throughout the test cycle to ensure the quality of projects delivered. Ensure projects are delivered on budget. Create opportunities for future projects or enhancements. REQUIREMENTS: Practical IT project management skills essential. 5 years' experience in an IT project manager role running multiple projects simultaneously (software, not hardware). Agency/supplier experience from the agency side is a MUST Understanding of the principles of the software development lifecycle. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Dev Ops. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience in handling large data sets. Technical background and exposure to .NET and web development projects. Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment methodology. Exposure to cloud technologies. Comfortable using AI tools. Confident and professional.
