Responsibilities:

• Treatments include but not limited to, Massages ,facials and pedicure and manicure
• A valid license to practice as a massage therapist
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
• Guest service and relations
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Equipment maintenance
• Maintaining stock levels
• Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer
• Basic reception work in the spa

Candidate Requirements:

• Have formal training from an accredited institution
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently
• Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff
• Communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
• Well organised and likes to work in a clean environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment
• Must show initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staff
• Adhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service
• Passionate about guest satisfaction
• Honest and must have good integrity
