Robust Consulting Engineers (RCE) has an exciting position open for a Senior Structural Draughtsman who will be based in Evander, Mpumalanga. A successful candidate on this role will be working on various projects from the following sectors i.e Government (DPW, Coega, IDT, municipalities etc), Industrial (Pan African resources , Sasol, Exxaro, Overlooked etc) and private sector clients. Active participation in Quality Control/Assurance process Conduct projects to a standard that exceeds client requirements Preparation of working drawings of field surveys for review by Engineers Prepare and maintain CAD based drawing templates Communicate and request data from engineers and land surveyors Communication with co-workers on project schedules Duties as assigned by Design Engineers Supervision and training of Junior drafters on drafting technologies Supervise/conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawings Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary. Minimum 8 years experience in drafting work using CAD program in a design office, Certificate in Engineering drafting Hands on experience in Revit 3D modelling and AutoCAD Market related, negotiable
