Responsibilities Lead the preparation, review, and management of technical documentation for substation projects encompassing conceptual and detailed design, specifications, and studies. Produce thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and drawings. Effective planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of work activities with other multi-discipline project team members. Review the design work completed by his/her peers and ensure compliance with scope and QA/QC requirements. Accountable to provide design activities in accordance with applicable codes and standards, policies, and procedures. Mentor and provide guidance to developing engineers within the department. Contribute to continual development of internal engineering standards, tools, and work processes. Provide technical support and guidance in the identification, analysis, and resolution of problems. Supporting business planning, development, and training. Manage projects through design and construction including RFI response, equipment submittal reviews, and coordination meetings. Bachelor's degree in engineering Registered Professional Engineer 8 years of substation experience up to 132KV Project Management experience will be beneficial. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Specialist Knowledge in Substation Plant standards and applications
