Reference: CPT000503-GW-1 We are seeking a Senior Supervisor: Hygiene within the food manufacturing industry. It is essential that you are able to work in cold environments. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 3 years experience in a supervisory cleaning/hygiene role Able to work weekend and night shift Duties and Responsibilities: Cleaning and Sanitation Implementation of Cleaning Procedures Oversee the Cleaning Management System Implement effective cleaning procedures Maintain the hygiene standards Ensure that cleaning schedules are established Oversee the correct hand-over of the plants between the cleaning teams and the production teams Continually improve effectiveness and efficiencies of the implemented cleaning programs Establish monitoring systems and inspections to assess the team's performance Investigate and address any incidents or non-compliance issues promptly Collaborate with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to coordinate cleaning activities with daily operations Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to maintain a clean and safe working environment Drive a culture shift towards clean-as-you-go and the importance of correct cleaning procedures within the whole Cavalier company Training and Supervision Hygiene Audits and Inspections Sanitation Products and Equipment Maintenance Emergency Response Planning Vendor and Inventory Management Documentation and Record Keeping Continuous Improvement Staff Hygiene and Laundries Operation of laundries Budget adherence Chemicals Chemical stores & data sheets Adhering to company and legal requirements, in addition to client Policies / Guides / Standards Budget adherence Drive an Engaged, Quality Culture across the various departments Building relationships & Liaising with relevant Service providers and Suppliers.
