Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic: Implementation of IT Infrastructure Strategy, best practice adherence and Compliance to ITIL frameworks.
- Operational: Implementation of Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Technologies (Servers, MS Exchange, Actice Directory, MSD365, VMWare, etc)
- Stakeholder management (Vendor relationship management, negotiation, etc).
Education:
- Matric Certificate
- MCSE Certified
- Azure Certifications (AZ-800, AZ-104)
- M365 Certification
- ITIL Foundation V3
- +6 years working in IT in a medium to large organisation or Service organisation.
- Staff Management would be an added advantage.
