The Senior Talent & Training Manager , within the framework of the business strategy, defines, develops and implements a People Development and Talent Development Strategy aligned to the business needs, as well as within ITC sytems, processes and guidelines, and maintains records and submits reports in accordance with the BEE and Skills Development Acts. Develops, implements and ensures adherence to all training related policies including Recognition of Prior Learning, assessments, moderation, performance management,quality assurance, health and safety (specific to training) etc. Ensures that professional training material is developed in line with organisational, industry and national training best practice as per internal customer needs, where required Identifies and works with reputable, high calibre external service providers to meet the training requirements of the company Compile and submit the WSP for the company according to agreed training plans and timelines for submission (by end April each year) – plan and report Supports line management with Individual Talent Management conversations and ensures effective implementation of career development and succession plans Implement a Study Assistance scheme for all permanent employees and gives advice to employees on appropriate studies to su[pport career aspirations within the framework of the scheme Ensures effective implementation of Surveys (assessment, satisfaction surveys, dipstick surveys Ensure Learnership agremeents are in place as per BEE requiirements: makes use of BEE consultants to manage the administrative side of this process. Appropriate Tertiary Qualification in HR & Talent Development 5-8 Years' relevant experience within Talent Development and Organisational Training Experience in people development and talent management Sound knowledge of the current industry best practises (people development, talent management and assessment practices) Thorough knowledge of National and Sector training standards and practises, and legislative requirements Sound knowledge and experience in Organisational Development practices Sound knowledge and experience in Talent Management practices Sound knowledge of relevant training policies and procedures To be Confimed, Senior Management Appropriate Tertiary Qualification in HR & Talent Development 5-8 Years' relevant experience within Talent Development and Organisational Training Experience in people development and talent management Sound knowledge of the current industry best practises (people development, talent management and assessment practices) Thorough knowledge of National and Sector training standards and practises, and legislative requirements Sound knowledge and experience in Organisational Development practices Sound knowledge and experience in Talent Management practices Sound knowledge of relevant training policies and procedures Apply Now
