South Africa's largest JSE-listed REIT seeks an experienced Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager to successfully manage their Office portfolio. The potential incumbent will be responsible for the development, project management and reporting of tenant installations, refurbishments and small works projects; budget planning; SLA management; and staff management/development. They will also be required to understand SANS 10400 Building Regulations South Africa. The successful applicant is expected to have 10 years of experience in managing teams, 10 years of experience in project management/development management from an architectural/quantity surveying background; an appropriate tertiary qualification, and Auto CAD or space planning experience. Interior design experience will be advantageous.
