Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team. You will design and enhance the visual and user-experience elements of digital products through research, testing, planning, and iteration. Your role will involve translating high-level requirements into interactive designs, creating attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Conceptualization:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, using Brand CI and data to drive innovative design decisions.
Customer Experience Mapping:
- Lead the implementation of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify and address customer pain points.
- Advise on strategies to improve customer interactions and eliminate negative experiences.
Customer Needs/Experience Research:
- Conduct research and analyze data to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
Product and Solution Development:
- Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs, selecting the best approaches within established systems.

- Matric / Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent.
- Relevant design-related qualification (degree/diploma/certificate).
