Introduction A leading facilities management company. Description Short Description A leading facilities company are looking to appoint a Senior Web Developer. Tasks: Design and develop robust, testable, and maintainable software solutions Document software and designs, in particular business rules and key technical decisions Research and make suggestions on how to improve our existing systems Analyse, diagnose and resolve software errors Support IT governance and IMS procedures (Change Management, Incident Management, Development Lifecycle etc.) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field. Professional Registration/Trade Grade 12 Licenses: Driver At least 5 years' working experience as a web and/or full stack developer. Technical/Core Training: 5 to 7 years' experience in Web Design / Development and backend Deep understanding and troubleshooting of Typescript, Node JS, React JS and JavaScript Ample knowledge of web best practices Understand software engineering techniques Experience in Angular/React/Vue or similar frontend frameworks Multiplatform frameworks: Cordova, Electron, Flutter Hands on experience on REST APIs, GraphQL and WebSocket Beneficial: Java Development Experience with DBs like MySQL, SQL, Mongo, PostgreSQL Strong Frontend experience: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, XML, XHTML Development skills IT Training (General MS etc.) A strong knowledge of Microsoft web development toolsets is essential.
