Are you someone who has experience in: Strong Linux skills Bamboo / Ansible - general automation for deployments Kubernetes - excellent understanding of. AWS experience. Upgrading software and hardware. Infrastructure Management Automation and Scripting Security and Troubleshooting Are you someone who can: Ensure the company's computer systems and security are up to date. Monitor server activity. Keep an eye on server performance and any unusual activity. Audit security systems and policies. Check the integrity of security systems and ensuring policies are followed. Create recovery systems. Design backup solutions to safeguard data. Customise server operating options. Tailoring server settings to meet the specific needs of the organization. Managing large amounts of data: Handling the storage and accessibility of large data sets. Providing technical support: Assisting end-users with system operations and troubleshooting. We would love to see applicants who can: Perform UAT setup, testing, technical and maintenance tasks and ensure that all system alerts are rectified and escalated accordingly through providing all technical support for business servers and applications. Manage and maintain customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) to install, maintain and support with Server requirements. Ensure the adherence to architectural standards and compliance and conformance to internal change management procedures and policies. Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information. Manage own development to increase own competencies. Ensure the continuous availability of all DR/Training/Prod/ UAT/ Dev environments. Manage own development to increase own competencies.
