Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails and face to face interaction with consumers. Handle consumer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Booking-in repairs Ensure that all the repairs are repaired within SLA. Ensure that credit is processed within required time frame. Manage & keep track of all the stock received & dispatched. Manage stock in the branch. Weekly reporting Make sure the branch office & repair cage is always neat & tidy.
