Our client based in George is looking for a Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
• Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
• Working experience in a Motor Dealership advantageous
• Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI

Package offered: R10 376 Basic Salary p/m + Incentives (Average R3k - R6k p/m) + MA and Provident Fund
