Main Purpose of Job The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain high levels of service on an on-going basis. Furthermore, the ability to provide excellent customer services. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required Grade 12 certificate Minimum of 2 years’ service advisor experience Exceptional communication skills Exceptional customer service Clear criminal record Computer Literate Key Duties and Responsibilities Contact service customers to make bookings. To promote the sales of labour and parts. Contact the customer for authorisation for any additional repairs beyond the agreed estimate and provide the customer the new estimate and updated delivery time. Record the results of the contact on the job card and any additional instructions authorised or declined by the customer. To obtain the customer’s approval and signature after ensuring the customer understands the dealership’s payment policy. Ensure the security of all vehicles, i.e vehicles locked in workshop and keys locked in the key safe. Ensure to obtain approval from service plan and warranty providers before technician starts work on vehicle. Ensure the job cards are completed accurately and fully. Ensure all job cards are costed and invoiced timeously and all required documents are signed by the client. Work In Progress to be monitored daily. Follow up on any outstanding payments. Apply Now
