A renowned dealership specializing in premium brand vehicles is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Advisor to join their team, based in Jhb East.

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers license
Excellent communication skills
Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and capture the relevant information, assuring that client needs are addressed.
Check vehicle in with client, tale VCH of each vehicle.
Follow up on parts ordered, and bookings are made to suite customer daily.
Keep customers up to date about information on status of the vehicle.
Handle queries/concerns of customers as per the customers concerned daily.
Make out job cards, accurately and timeously and put job cards through for costing daily.
Arrange hire vehicles for customers, obtaining the necessary authority to do so.
Collect Payments from customers that are due, prior to handing back the vehicle.
