Meeting and greeting customers coming through for their vehicle's repairs and servicing. Listen to customers' account of issues and symptoms regarding their vehicle's to better understand what the problem is. Logging (taking down) customers concerns and comments. Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology that mechanics will understand for efficient repairs and delivery. Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly. Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database. Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and when their vehicles will be repaired. Update vehicles repairs status to customers. Calculate and provide customer with an amount and time for repairs. Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases Schedule service and repair appointments by also managing the online appointment system. Book Customers vehicles in by filling in the required info and perform inspections on vehicles being booked in. Promote Services- by promoting sales for the workshop. Handling customer complaints. Providing customers with great customer service and helping them with their vehicles issues and questions. Verify contract coverage for service warranty or insurance with warranty companies. Work with supervisors, mechanics and the rest of team to provide a positive and beneficial resolution for clients. To recording daily costing. Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs Matric Experience in inventory or accounts payable and purchasing experience. Prior auto mechanic sales experience. Prior auto mechanic technician experience. Retail experience Great customer service skills.
