Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Driver's license
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Must have premium brand experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
