Key Performance Areas:
- Prepare for the arrival of the customer and vehicle
- Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
- Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
- Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
- Regular Liaison with customers
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Professional Vehicle hand over
- Customer follow up and reminders
- Attend weekly service meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within a motor dealership.
- Senior Certificate Grade 12.
- Technical qualification and/or aptitude would be advantageous.
