Main Responsibilities:- Prepare for the arrival of customers.
- Provide initial consultation and care for customers upon arrival.
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details are entered into the system.
- Update the Dealer Management System, track all vehicles, and update control systems.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Ensure accurate invoice payments.
- Conduct vehicle handovers.
- Follow up with customers and provide reminders.
Educational Qualifications: Senior Certificate Grade 12
Experience:- Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience in a Dealership
- Computer literate (Office Suite)
- Drivers license and own transport
Advantageous Requirements:- Motor dealership (technical experience)
