Our client based in Brits (North West Province) is seeking a Service co-ordinator with expereince in Heavy Earthmovng Equipment. This person will deal with clients who need technical support as well as quotations. Previous exp in Internal Sales with Heavy Earthmovng Equipment within Mining could be a plus, however customer service and support very essential for this role. Assist as a back up on the field service technicians regarding fault finding, if required. Ability to understand the client's needs when they call in. Computer skills essential, preparing quotations, handling email correspondance Once client has accepted quote, Open a job card Manage spares on the system. Book out spares as well as technicians to go do the job on site. Ability to handle a highly pressured environment essential Proven track record Team player Technical acumen Financial acumen Must speak, read and write Afrikaans and English Live in driving distance of the office (Brits, Mooinooi, Harties) Valid drivers license. Diesel Mechanic qualified Matric 3- 5 yrs customer service or internal sales exp Basic salary, plus pension, medical aid and 13th cheque
