- Servicing all clients and resolving requests first time
- Provide accurate and consistent information, meeting all quality standards
- Be a brand ambassador, allowing the brand presence to be felt as an extension of the experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential)
- Services (Advantageous)
- 1 2 years of Managed Care operations experience (Essential)
- Additional 2 4 years of Managed Care operations experience (Advantageous)
