Minimum of 3 Years experience in Office Automation technical department
Opening / Closing new calls for clients using CO3/BPO operating system
Issuing of stock and toners
Taking No Charge Toner orders and processing the orders
Stock ordering
Good communication skills and well presented
Have attention to detail when compiling reports/Service Schedules
Schedule next day callouts for technicians
Communication skills speaking and writing
Professional (you will be responsible for a large client country wide)
Problem solver
Efficient follow-up skills to clients and technicians
