Service Controller (Office automation) - Johannesburg

Requirements:

  • Must have matric
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office proficient)
  • Must have previous Office Automation experience
  • Administration and customer service skills essential
  • Bookkeeping experience an advantage

Duties:

  • Daily allocation of calls to technicians in various areas.
  • Keeping clients informed of the progress regarding the call status.
  • Daily logging of service calls.
  • Ordering of spares required and creating purchase requisition
  • Ensuring stock levels are kept at the desired stock holding.
  • Assisting with stock take.
  • Keeping the Service Manager informed of technician’s attendance.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the workshop
  • Escalating any incident that requires the Service Manager’s involvement. (Both external and internal.)
  • Planning of new installations and communicating with both the sales division and client
  • Pulling reports and capturing on the systems
  • Ability to work in a team
  • other related duties as per company requirement
