A continuously growing company within the Finance and Insurance industry is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who is client-oriented, analytical and can handle pressure effectively. It will be expected of the candidate to manage first line system support team, to manage the teams SLAs and delivery as well as coordinate incident management.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
IT related qualification (advantageous)
5 yearsexperience in Management with 3 years in an IT specific role
Knowledge of in-house systems (advantageous)
Knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft Windows)
Database proficiency
Ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing
