Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree/tertiary qualifications or Certifications 5 years relevant service delivery experience with strong networking, telecommunications background Knowledge of a wide variety of network solutions, standards and protocols Experience in working with multi-cultured employees Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure and is stress tolerant Strong leadership/ team building/ decision making attributes Expertise in defining process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery Organisation; exposure to Best Practices is necessary R 680 000 - R 700 000 - Annually
