Key Responsibilities: Service Line Strategy and Thought Leadership Business Management Contract Management Client relationship management Reporting P&L People Management Operations Client Service People Management Contribution / Collaboration Ensures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage (development area) Develops basic Solutions knowledge Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the South African market Education: School: Matric A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an honors degree would be an advantage) Experience: Minimum 5 years' Market research agency experience in client facing role Thorough knowledge of the service line's core research Strong innovative research and analytic skills. Quantitative experience Business Acumen - business leader, entrepreneurial, financial perspective Strong sales and negotiation skills General good people management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Good time management skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency with the MS Office package Ability to learn other software packages Apply Now
