Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Service Manager at their Premium Brand dealership. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to deliver top-notch automotive services. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations. Strive for continuous improvement in service efficiency and effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable service experience. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Implement innovative solutions to enhance service operations. Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and inventory, to optimize service operations. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service-related revenue growth. Implement strategies to increase service department profitability. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Manager Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
