Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a Experienced Motor Service Manager to run a busy Multi Franchise Dealership Workshop in Pretoria Please send your CV directly to debbiefirstautostaffing.co.za REF SVCM/PTA Main Purpose: Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will manage the service department to ensure productivity, efficiency and excellent customer service index scores. The Service Manager will manage cost and increase the profitability of the service department by ensuring workshop operating procedures and practices are adhered to and to maintain and improve Environmental, Health and Safety standards as regulated. Specific Role Responsibilities Job Knowledge Motor industry and Workshop management knowledge. People management. Business, Sales and Service Process knowledge. Professional & Technical Expertise in Vehicle Service & Repair Management. Job Related Skills: Proven track record in managing people. Computer skills, preferably MS work processing, . Financial-reporting and forecasting skills. A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Service Manager. Must have High Volume Brand experience Must be a Qualified TECHNICIAN Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in analysing and resolving complex issues efficiently. Effective planning and organizational abilities. Recognised Motor Trade plus N6 or Technical Diploma. Recognised Management Diploma of Certificate. Industry related qualification (or working towards). OEM Service Manager Qualification will be an advantage. TBC
