Our client, a leading independent group, is seeking a dynamic and highly energetic Service Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a service department with substantial potential. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and expanding the service department, driving productivity increases month over month, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. We are looking for a driven individual who is unafraid to get their hands dirty and actively contribute to the departments success.

A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Service Management in a franchised dealership (preferably multi-franchise experience)
Working knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge/CDK or similar
Must be a roll up your sleeves and get stuck in" type of person
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
