Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Service Supervisor who has experiance in Air filters DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve sales target & margin per commitment Customer on time delivery of min Stock availability of at least Inventory management / Replenishment Price list management / publish quarterly Develop service / surveys per agreed targets Service Level agreements for all service work Project Management / Order Execution (AFM EQT) Product support for sales teams including eCOM Monthly reporting Customer support (deliveries, new products, finance) JOB REQUIREMENTS Target driven with supreme customer focus Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Oracle Knowledge (or a similar ERP system) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound Administration Skills High morals & integrity Commercial degree Desired Skills: Customer Care Servicing Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Team Leader & Supervisor
