They will do callouts and assist the Project Teams on different sites with different types of electronic equipment to do fault finding and installations. They will also assist with commissioning and testing of the sites including software and hardware configuration. Primary communication will be with the service and project teams. The completion of documentation, service and maintenance procedure as well as the effective storage of Access/CCTV/Fire credentials for sites and equipment Effective and efficient administration monitoring and recording daily tasks as set out by the company procedures, job card signs off,0 failure rate, weekly check ant job schedule meetings The effective delivery of technical on-site repairs, 0 no charge returns call outs, 0 costs for replacement or repair of issued stock Take ownership of vehicle and tools, 0 own fault accidents, 0 tool and personal items issue loss (computer), 0 vehicle service overruns, 0 celphone cost overspend Adhere to Health and Safety standards, ensure correct procedure as per site are followed as per regulations, ad hoc check by Delivery Manager., ensure no H&S equipment, with expired validity dates are used., weekly Friday check by Delivery Manager, personal appearance as per technical standard and uniform MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 3-4 years' experience as a Senior Technician 1-2 years' experience as a Junior Technician Senior Technician: 5 years plus experience in security and Fire Detection technology and related products, systems, hardware and software Junior Technician: 1-2 years' experience in security and fire Detection technology and related products, systems, hardware and software PSIRA registered Valid driver's license Computer literate Fluently speak, write, and read English R Market related Apply Now
