Client based in woodstock is seeking to employ individual as a Service/Returns Clerk on contract basis Requirements Matric Experience in product testing and repairs Fluent in English Computer literate with intermediate office skills Valid drivers licence Excellent problem solving Responsibilities Receive incoming goods from customers and stores promptly and accurately. Facilitate stock movements and transfers between different branches and warehouses. Conduct thorough testing of products to assess functionality and identify issues, inhouse or onsite. Perform repairs on products, adhering to quality and safety standards. Ensure the timely and accurate return of items to customers, meeting company procedures. Collaborate with the Service Team Leader and colleagues to streamline processes and enhance departmental efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members, regarding stock movement. Maintain organized records of stock movements, testing results, and repairs. Coordinate closely with the Service Team Leader to address any emerging issues or concerns. Follow all reasonable instructions from the Service Team Leader. Behavioural and Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in testing and repairs. Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. Strong communication skills to provide updates on stock and repairs. Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality. Positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.
