Services Contracts Supervisor - Richards Bay

• Matric plus N4 (4 subjects).
  Trade tested artisan (Fitter, Electrician, Millwright, Instrumentation)
• A relevant National Diploma would be advantageous.
• Excellent SAP experience, especially in Notification and Workorder Management and processing of Purchase requisitions
• Capex initiation for improvements and sustainability
• Bill of materials review and updates
• Leading complex teams

• 5 years experience in a supervisory position within a maintenance department
• Experience in managing maintenance in the following disciplines: Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales would be advantageous.
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry will be beneficial.
• Recognition for prior learning will be considered.

• Continuous improvement of the Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales maintenance function.
• Monitor Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales teams performance in line with agreed Maintenance Contracts/KPIs.
• Achieve Maintenance KPIs.
• Legal compliance of Lifting Equipment and scales
• Manage SAP environment ie. Prioritize notifications, manage work order backlogs, time keeping, overtime approval.
• Assist with budget compilations and responsible for budget control.
• Short term planning as well as planning for the annual shut.
• Promote safety, health and environmental issues.
• Accurate reporting.
• Control of contracts.
