Ingrain SA Bellville Mill requires the services of a SHE Coordinator to coordinate and maintain the SHE ISO systems and fulfil linked duties related to the SHEQ Department. The role will support the SHE Manager to maintain and improve the systems and procedures of SHE Functions. This will be done by evaluating, assessing, reporting, and implementing CAPA Measures using the BBS Systems at Ingrain Operations. To assist with the implementation, maintenance and update of ISO 14001 (Environmental management system) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management system) in accordance with standards and the required code of practice. The role will support the SHE Manager to maintain and improve the systems and procedures of SHE Functions. This will be done by evaluating, assessing, reporting, and implementing CAPA Measures using the BBS Systems at Ingrain Operations To assist with the implementation, maintenance and update of ISO 14001 (Environmental management system) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management system) in accordance with standards and the required code of practice This role supports the business strategy by : Providing strong support to assure SHE Compliance that facilitates the delivery of; Ensuring Zero Harm Achieving Growth Unlocking Plant Capacity Winning with People Assisting with the maintenance of the Environmental and Health & Safety Standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) at the mill, to ensure its continuous improvement. Helping to bring about continuous improvement and change to the systems entrenched at the mill so that the systems remain value adding Presenting training - includes Induction and SHE training Overseeing Contractor compliance. Updating SAP records Facilitating SHE Complaint closure coordination Coordinating SHE administration duties (Risk Assessments, internal audit program, etc. Qualifications · Grade 12 · Diploma in Environmental Health · Internal auditing (lead auditor training will be advantageous) Knowledge · ISO standards related to SHE · Auditing Experience · Knowledge of legal requirements related to SHE (laws and by-laws) · Contractor Management · SHE incident management Experience · 2 years experience in maintenance of SHE systems in a Manufacturing Environment (preferably food manufacturing) Unique skills or attributes · Good Communication · Troubleshooting knowledge · Research capability · Presentation Skills · Report writing skills · Analysing and interpreting data · Computer literacy · Training of others
